While traditional innovation workshops end with conceptual designs, this immersive experience combines Amazon's proven Working Backwards methodology with the revolutionary AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (AI-DLC) to deliver a functional Minimum Lovable Product (MLP). Your cross-functional team will work alongside AWS Innovation Specialists and AI-DLC experts to not only ideate and design solutions but also build and test them in real-time. This accelerated approach reduces development cycles from months to days, while ensuring solutions are truly customer-centric and technically viable. By the end of day two, you'll have a working prototype to demonstrate to your leadership team, to gain their sponsorship for scaled deployment. This hands-on experience also builds lasting capabilities within your team, embedding Amazon's innovation mechanisms and AI-driven development practices into your organization's DNA

Customer will experience 'Working Backwards Sprint' progressing the their teams from an identified business challenge to a new product, service, or experience, and then rapidly refine the solution design leveraging artefacts like Press Release (PR) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s). This highly collaborative engagement is inspired by the same customer-centric methods used by Amazon to design breakthrough innovations our customers love, such as Amazon Prime, Amazon Kindle, AWS, Amazon Echo and Alexa, and Amazon Go.
EXECUTION
AI Driven Development Life Cycle (AI-DLC)
AI-DLC is a revolutionary approach to software development that places artificial intelligence at the center of the development process. Unlike traditional methods that retrofit AI into existing workflows, AI-DLC reimagines the entire development lifecycle with AI as a core collaborator. In AI-DLC, AI initiates and directs conversations, breaking down high-level intents into actionable tasks, while humans serve as approvers and decision-makers at critical junctures. This leads to significantly faster development cycles (hours/days vs. weeks/months) to arrive at a functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or as we like to say an MLP – Minimum Lovable Product.
